研究目的：

了解ICU护士对患者疼痛共情、疼痛管理自我效能以及疼痛管理循证实践能力现状，并分析其影响因素，在后续构建干预方案时提供现实依据和内容参考，为疼痛管理提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current status of ICU nurses' empathy for patients' pain, self-efficacy of pain management, and evidence-based practice ability of pain management, analyze their influencing factors, and provide a realistic basis and content reference when constructing intervention plans in the follow-up, so as to provide a reference for pain management.

纳入标准：

1.在职注册护士； 2.在 ICU 工作≥1 年； 3.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Active, registered nurses; 2. ICU >= 1 year; 3. Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.规培、轮转、进修护士； 2.因病假、事假或外出进修、学习无法参与调查者； 3.无效问卷填写者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses for training, rotation, and further training; 2. Unable to participate in the investigation due to sick leave, personal leave, or going out for further study or study; 3. Invalid questionnaire fillers.
