研究目的：

探讨主动循环呼吸技对胃肠道肿瘤术后患者肺部并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether active cycle of breathing technique affects pulmonary complication after esophagectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄50~80岁；②临床分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期且择期行胃癌或结直肠癌根治术患者；③认知能力及意识均正常，可以独自或在协助下完成调查问卷内容；④自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. the age ranged from 50 to 80 years old 2. the patients with stage I~II were selected for radical resection of gastric or colorectal cancer 3. the cognitive ability and consciousness were normal, and they could complete the questionnaire alone or with the assistance of doctors 4. voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①术前存在肺部感染及心肺系统严重并发症；②不能耐受ACBT训练或6分钟步行试验（6-minute walk test，6MWT），如脊柱、胸廓肋骨骨折等；③术后出现严重并发症者；④合并其他恶性肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病等；⑤对自身疾病不知情者；⑥导致疾病恶化的其他疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. the patients had pulmonary infection and serious complication of heart and lung system before operation 2. the patients could not tolerate ACBT training or 6-minute walk test (6MWT) ,such as spine and rib fracture 3. the patients had serious complication after operation 4. the patients had severe complication after operation Other malignant tumors, severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease, 5. those who do not know their own diseases 6. other diseases which lead to the deterioration of diseases
