研究目的：

本研究计划收集胆道癌患者肿瘤相关样本。对样本进行使用单细胞组学，RNA转录组等测序技术，解析胆道癌的相关组学特征。同时系统性鉴定治疗胆道癌的关键分子或多分子靶点并且使用样本进行验证，为提高患者的生存获益提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This research aims to collect tumour related samples from patients with cancer of the biliary tract. Utilising single-cell omics, RNA transcriptome and other sequencing methodologies, the pertinent omics characteristics of biliary tract carcinoma were analysed. Meanwhile, identifying key molecular or multi-molecular targets for the treatment of biliary tract cancer in a systematic manner and validating these targets with patient samples generates novel strategies for enhancing patient survival.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18周岁； ② 原发性胆道癌伴肝转移； ③ 术前影像学检查提示肝门部淋巴结转移； ④ 患者手术前未接受放化疗、免疫以及靶向治疗； ⑤ 患者自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Primary biliary tract cancer with liver metastasis; 3. Preoperative imaging indicated porta hepatis lymph node metastasis; 4. The patients did not receive chemoradiation, immunization or targeted therapy before surgery; 5. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

① 临床资料不完整者； ② 合并其他部位肿瘤; ③ 肿瘤家族史； ④ 弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Insufficient data quality; 2. Combined with other site tumors; 3. Family history of cancer; 4. Vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
