研究目的：

超声下动态观察针刺操作全过程，为针刺操作的标准化和安全性提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Dynamic observation of the entire process of acupuncture operation under ultrasound provides objective basis for the standardization and safety of acupuncture operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）既往身体健康； （2）年龄 23~40 岁； （3）有生育史，且生育≤2次，认知能力正常； （4）18.5≤体质量指数（BMI）≤26.0kg/m2； （5）自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Previous physical health; (2) Age 23-40 years old; (3) Having a history of childbirth, with ≤ 2 births, and normal cognitive ability; (4) 18.5 ≤ Body Mass Index (BMI) ≤ 26.0kg/m2; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）腧穴部位皮肤有感染者； （2）严重恐针、惧针，不能配合或不愿意接受针刺者； （3）有心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，或患有精神性疾病者； （4）近期服用精神类或影响排尿功能药物者； （5）3 个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床研究者； （6）研究者认为不宜入选本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with infected skin at acupoints; (2) Severe fear of needles, inability to cooperate or unwillingness to accept needles; (3) Individuals with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, or those with mental illnesses; (4) Those who have recently taken psychotropic drugs or medications that affect urination function; (5) Individuals who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical studies within 3 months; (6) The researchers believe that it is not suitable to enroll in this experiment.
