筛查儿童姿势异常，观察螺旋稳定性训练对脊柱侧弯受试者身体姿态、功能障碍的影响，观察不同训练的起效周期和疗效持续时长，进一步探究干预手段治疗脊柱侧弯的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To screen postural abnormalities in children, observe the effect of spiral stability training on body posture and dysfunction in subjects with scoliosis, observe the onset period and duration of different training, and further explore the mechanism of intervention in the treatment of scoliosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.前屈试验阳性及躯干旋转角度≥5°，且脊柱运动试验后躯干旋转角度仍≥5°者；2.在一个月内未接受任何康复治疗；3.积极配合训练

Inclusion criteria

(1) positive forward flexion test, trunk rotation ≥5°, and trunk rotation ≥5° after spinal movement test; 2. Did not receive any rehabilitation treatment within one month; 3. Actively cooperate with training

排除标准：

1.脊柱节段有外伤史或手术史；2.严重的脊柱侧弯（脊柱运动试验后躯干旋转角度≥10°），需手术治疗；3.因伤无法完成训练动作；4.患有严重心血管疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Spinal segment with a history of trauma or surgery; 2. Severe scoliosis (trunk rotation ≥10° after spine exercise test) requiring surgery; 3. Unable to complete the training movement due to injury; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease

按照纳入试验先后顺序依次编号1～45,从随机数字表中任意选取一个2位数,朝一个方向抄取45个随机数字,如若抄到相同则舍去,按顺序分配给每个编号患者,重新排列大小,编秩,秩次前15例纳入对照组，后15例纳入螺旋稳定性训练组。
