研究目的：

ARDS病变的不均一性和血流动力学不稳定，使得ARDS患者更可能需要长时间机械通气。找出导致ARDS患者长期机械通气的危险因素是十分重要的。而肺内源性ARDS具有较高的发病率，因此我们旨在确定肺内源性ARDS患者机械通气时间延长相关的因素，并为延长机械通气创建新的预测评分。  

Objectives of Study：

ARDS's heterogeneity and hemodynamic instability require prolonged mechanical ventilation in patients with ARDS. It is incredibly important to identify risk factors for prolonged mechanical ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Although the prevalence of pulmonary ARDS (ARDSp) is high, we aimed to identify factors and create a new predictive score for prolonged mechanical ventilation in patients with ARDSp.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准为：（1）年龄大于18周岁；（2）符合2012年柏林定义；（3）ICU治疗时间>24小时；（4）病历资料完整者。

Inclusion criteria

1. age >18 years 2. conform to the Berlin 2012 definition 3. duration of mechanical ventilation in the ICU ≥24 hours 4. those with complete medical records.

排除标准：

排除标准为：（1）入住ICU＜24小时；（2）伴有心源性肺水肿、肺大泡或气胸、皮下气肿、纵隔气肿（3）合并肿瘤、自身免疫疾病或血液系统疾病、严重精神障碍。（4）病历资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.duration of mechanical ventilation <24 hours 2.people with cardiogenic pulmonary oedema, pulmonary alveoli or pneumothorax, subcutaneous emphysema, mediastinal emphysema 3.people with tumours, autoimmune or haematological disorders, severe mental disorders 4.Those with incomplete medical records.
