研究目的：

在BMI低的女性中，腹腔镜术中给予低的气腹压力，观察能否减少腹腔镜术后肩痛的发生率、减轻肩痛评分，且效果比BMI高的患者更明显，也不影响手术视野。  

Objectives of Study：

In women with low BMI, low pneumoperitoneum pressure during laparoscopy was given to observe whether the incidence of shoulder pain and shoulder pain score after laparoscopic surgery could be reduced, and the effect was more obvious than that of patients with high BMI, and the surgical field of vision was not affected.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组：BMI＜24kg/m2 患者，腹腔镜术中给于低气腹压力（7-9mmHg），共60人。 对照组1：BMI≥24kg/m2 患者，腹腔镜术中给于低气腹压力（7-9mmHg），共60人。 对照组2：BMI＜24kg/m2 患者，腹腔镜术中给于正常气腹压力（10-12mmHg），共60人。 对照组3：BMI≥24kg/m2 患者，腹腔镜术中给于正常气腹压力（10-12mmHg），共60人。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Experimental group: A total of 60 patients with BMI < 24kg/m2 were given low pneumoperitoneum pressure (7-9mmHg) during laparoscopy. Control group 1:60 patients with BMI≥24kg/m2 were given low pneumoperitoneum pressure (7-9mmHg) during laparoscopy. Control group 2:60 patients with BMI < 24kg/m2 were given normal pneumoperitoneum pressure (10-12mmHg) during laparoscopy. Control group 3:60 patients with BMI≥24kg/m2 were given normal pneumoperitoneum pressure (10-12mmHg) during laparoscopy. 

纳入标准：

2023年07月01日至2024年01月31日于我科住院治疗，经过腹腔镜诊治的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were hospitalized in our department from July 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 and underwent laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment

排除标准：

妇科恶性疾病、患有肩部疾病、腹腔镜中转开腹、拒绝入组或者拒绝提供任何数据的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with gynecologic malignancies, shoulder disease, laparoscopic conversion to laparotomy, refusal to enroll, or refusal to provide any data
