研究目的：

1. 主要目的： ① 构建慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者症状群的计算机化身心干预方案 ② 实施并评价计算机化身心干预方案在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者症状群的应用效果 2. 次要目的： 为我国COPD患者症状群相关的干预研究提供借鉴，为计算机化认知行为干预方案在慢性病领域的应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objectives: ① To construct a computer-personified heart intervention program for symptom clusters of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); ② To implement and evaluate the application effect of computer-personified heart intervention program on symptom clusters of patients with COPD; Secondary objectives: To provide a reference for intervention research on symptom clusters of COPD patients in China, and to provide a basis for the application of computerized cognitive behavioral intervention program in the field of chronic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组患者在常规健康宣教的基础上，接受 6次 计算机化化认知行为疗法干预，分别为干预前、干预3周后、干预6周后，每次干预分认知治疗、行为治疗 及强化巩固3 个部分。 （1）认知治疗模块：此部分是通过文字、图片以及视频动画的形式呈现给患者的，主要包括对疾病和症状的理性认识，消除患者对疾病的负面认知。 （2）行为治疗模块：目的是尝试调节身心紧张以及负面情绪。 （3）强化巩固模块：目的是巩固认知行为的治疗效果。对照组的患者接受COPD疾病常规护理，包括对住院病人进行出入院宣教、疾病相关知识的介绍、症状护理及心理护理等，由责任护士进行口头宣教或者发放相应的健康指导手册，同时对出院患者进行定期电话随访。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

On the basis of routine health education, patients in the experimental group received 6 times of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy intervention, respectively before the intervention, 3 weeks after the intervention and 6 weeks after the intervention. Each intervention was divided into three parts: cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy and reinforcement. (1) Cognitive therapy module: This part is presented to patients in the form of text, pictures and video animation, mainly including rational understanding of the disease and symptoms, and eliminating patients' negative cognition of the disease. (2) Behavioral therapy module: the purpose is to try to regulate physical and mental tension and negative emotions. (3) Reinforcement consolidation module: the purpose was to consolidate the therapeutic effect of cognitive behavior. Patients in the control group received routine care for COPD, including admission and discharge education, disease-related knowledge introduction, symptom care and psychological care, etc. Oral education or health guidance manuals were given by responsible nurses, and regular telephone follow-up was conducted for discharged patients. 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医学会呼吸病学分会2021年修订的COPD疾病诊断标准（含合并肺心病、呼吸衰竭Ⅲ度以下以及无创机械通气的患者）； 2.年龄≥40岁，且＜80岁； 3.0-10分数字评分量表（NRS）（呼吸困难、失眠、疲乏）筛查每个症状≥1分，医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）：8分≤HADS≤15分； 4.能简单使用智能手机等现代移动设备； 5.意识清楚，小学及以上文化水平，逻辑思维与沟通表达能力正常，具备读写能力； 6.病人及家属知情并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD revised by the Chinese Respiratory Society in 2021 (including patients with cor pulmonale, respiratory failure below grade Ⅲ, and non-invasive mechanical ventilation); 2. Age ≥40 years old and < 80 years old; 3.0-10 numerical rating scale (NRS) (dyspnea, insomnia, fatigue) screening each symptom ≥1 points, Hospital anxiety and Depression scale (HADS) : 8 ≤HADS≤15 points; 4. Simple use of smart phones and other modern mobile devices; 5. Clear consciousness, primary school or above education level, logical thinking and communication skills are normal, with reading and writing ability; 6. Informed consent was obtained from patients and their families.

排除标准：

1.有肺性脑病、恶性肿瘤等患者； 2.合并严重精神疾病者或酒精或药物依赖者； 3.正在参与或参与过其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pulmonary encephalopathy, malignant tumors, etc. 2. Patients with severe mental illness or alcohol or drug dependence; 3. Are participating or have participated in other investigators.
