研究目的：

阐释慢性非特异性腰痛（CNLBP）患者体表力敏与传统腧穴在不同病情、不同病程下的相关性；继而探索CNLBP背部体表力敏动态分布规律及其几何形态；并进一步开展效应验证。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explains the correlation between body surface force sensitivity and traditional acupoints in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP) in different conditions and different course of disease.Then, the dynamic distribution of force sensitivity on the back surface of CNLBP and its geometric shape were explored.Finally, the clinical effect verification is carried out.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究一 :慢性非特异性腰痛（CNLBP）患者体表力敏点的数据处理及其空间直角坐标系的构建； 研究五 :“以痛为输”视角下针刺“特征路径”对慢性非特异性腰痛（CNLBP）的临床干预效应研究; ① 对照组：参照《针灸治疗学》 腰痛选择大肠俞（双侧）、肾俞（双侧）、阿是穴（腰部压痛最明显的一个部位）、委中（双侧）进行治疗。操作：患者取俯卧位，75%乙醇常规消毒，采用0.25 mm×40 mm 一次性无菌针灸针，肾俞、大肠俞、委中均直刺15~25 mm；阿是穴根据具体部位选择适当的针刺深度和方向。进针后行提插捻转操作，以局部酸胀为度，得气后留针20 min。 ② 试验组：将本项目数学分析结果获得的“特征路径”，根据坐标还原至受试者腰部，操作：患者取俯卧位，75%乙醇常规消毒，采用0.25 mm×40 mm 一次性无菌针灸针直刺15~25 mm；进针后行提插捻转操作，以局部酸胀为度，得气后留针20 min。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Study 1: Data processing and construction of spatial Cartesian coordinate system for surface force sensitive points in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP); Study 5: A study on the clinical intervention effect of acupuncture "characteristic pathway" on chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP) from the perspective of "pain as input"; ① The control group: according to the acupuncture and moxibustion Therapeutics, the patients with low back pain were treated with Dachangshu (bilateral), Shenshu (bilateral), Ashi (the most obvious part of low back tenderness), and Weizhong (bilateral). Operation: The patient is placed in a prone position, and 75% ethanol is used for routine disinfection, using 0.25 mm × 40mm disposable sterile acupuncture and moxibustion needle, and 15~25mm straight needling at Shenshu, Dachangshu and Weizhong; Select the appropriate acupuncture depth and direction for Ashi acupoints according to the specific location. After inserting the needle, perform lifting, inserting, and twisting operations, with local acid swelling as the degree, and leave the needle for 20 minutes after obtaining gas. ② Experimental group: Restore the "feature path" obtained from the mathematical analysis results of this project to the subject's waist according to the coordinates. Operation: The patient is placed in a prone position, disinfected with 75% ethanol, and 0.25 mm is used for routine disinfection × 40 mm disposable sterile acupuncture and moxibustion needle straight needling 15~25 mm; After inserting the needle, perform lifting, inserting, and twisting operations, with local acid swelling as the degree, and leave the needle for 20 minutes after obtaining gas. 

纳入标准：

①符合上述诊断标准并满足本研究需求：腰部疼痛症状，活动后加剧，病程>3个月；②年龄18-60岁；③疼痛视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分＞3分；④入组前2周内未服用任何与本病相关的中西医治疗药物，且未接受针刺、拔罐等相关针灸临床治疗；⑤具有小学3年级以上文化水平，对研究人员的观察和评价具有良好的依从性，自愿参加本研究，并同意测试方法，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above diagnostic criteria and meet the needs of this study: there are pain symptoms in the lumbar, which are aggravated after activities, and the course of disease is more than 3 months; ② Age 18-60; ③ Visual analog scale (VAS) score>3; ④ Within 2 weeks before enrollment, they did not take any traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment drugs related to this disease, and did not receive acupuncture, cupping and other related clinical acupuncture treatment; ⑤ Have the education level above grade 3 of primary school, have good compliance with the observation and evaluation of researchers, voluntarily participate in this study, agree with the test method, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①腰椎手术史；②特异性下腰痛（肿瘤、感染、代谢性疾病、类风湿性关节炎、骨折）；③脊柱畸形（脊柱滑脱、峡部裂或脊柱侧弯）；④膝盖以下部位疼痛；⑤脊髓外疾病（例如血管、泌尿生殖系统疾病）；⑥存在根性症状；⑦腰痛伴2个或以上其他部位疼痛；⑧孕产妇、精神病、认知缺陷或交流困难的患者；⑨患者不同意接受本试验的研究方法，或不愿意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of lumbar surgery; ② Specific low back pain (tumor, infection, metabolic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture); ③ Spinal deformity (spondylolisthesis, isthmus or scoliosis); ④ Pain below knee; ⑤ Extraspinal diseases (such as vascular and urogenital diseases); ⑥ There are root symptoms; ⑦ Low back pain with pain in 2 or more other parts; ⑧ Pregnant and lying in women, patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment or communication difficulties; ⑨ The patient did not agree to accept the research method of this trial, or was unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
