研究目的：

（1）统计分析心理应激对不孕症患者妊娠结局的影响； （2）从基因水平探讨心理应激导致不孕的分子机制；  

Objectives of Study：

(1)The effect of psychological stress on the pregnancy outcome of infertility patients was statistically analyzed; (2) To explore the molecular mechanism of infertility caused by psychological stress at the gene level;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在 20-45 岁的已婚妇女； （2）符合不孕症诊断标准； （3）夫妇双方染色体检查正常。 （4）能配合完成量表调查的患者。 （5）知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Married women aged 20-45; (2) those who meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility; (3) both of their chromosomes were normal. (4) patients who can cooperate with the questionnaire. (5) give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者； （2）合并其他内分泌疾病，如甲状腺功能异常、高泌乳素血症、多囊卵巢综合症、糖尿病等； （3）子宫畸形或其他生殖器官畸形、子宫器质性病变、输卵管积水、子宫内膜异 位症、卵巢占位性病变。 （4）男性重度少、弱、畸精子症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2)Other endocrine diseases, include thyroid dysfunction, Hyperprolactinaemia, polycystic ovary syndrome, diabetes, etc. (3) uterine or other reproductive organ malformations, uterine organic lesions, hydrosalpinx, endometriosis, and ovarian space-occupying lesions. (4) severe oligozoospermia, asthenospermia and teratozoospermia in male.
