研究目的：

通过实施前瞻性、多中心、观察性队列研究评价中国中重度瓣膜性心脏病患者流行病学特征、临床特征、治疗现状以及预后情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the epidemiological characteristics, clinical features, current treatment status, and prognosis of Chinese patients with moderate to severe valvular heart disease through the implementation of a prospective, multicenter, observational cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 超声心动图明确诊断为中-重度心脏瓣膜病的患者； 2. 年龄≥18岁； 3. 自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书的患者； 4. 愿意且有能力配合随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are clearly diagnosed with moderate to severe heart valve disease by echocardiography; 2. Aged ≥18 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Willing and able to cooperate with follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 年龄<18岁； 2. 拒绝签署知情同意书； 3. 不愿意或没有能力配合随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under the age of 18; 2. Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 3. Unwilling or unable to cooperate with follow-up.
