研究目的：

在20家成员单位推广失眠障碍新型防治体系，并对失眠障碍患者进行精准干预。研究目的为评估患者层面的治疗效果以及治疗满意度、情绪、认知功能、生活质量等情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Promote a new prevention and treatment system for insomnia disorders in 20 member units and provide precise interventions for patients with insomnia disorders. The research objective is to evaluate the treatment effectiveness at the patient level, as well as treatment satisfaction, emotions, cognitive function, and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者：目前符合DSM-5的失眠障碍诊断标准；病情稳定的躯体疾病、精神障碍和睡眠障碍患者，包括正在服用药物者（如：降压药物，抗抑郁药物，苯二氮卓类药物等），即患者仍旧可以继续接受既有的治疗方案（Treat As Usual, TAU）；18岁-60岁；可以理解和依从研究方案；可以提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Member unit: Hospital level 2A or above; A dedicated person is responsible for coordinating the work; Team members need to obtain a GCP certificate. Patient: Currently meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorders; Patients with stable physical diseases, mental disorders and Sleep disorder, including those taking drugs (such as antihypertensive drugs, antidepressants, benzodiazepines, etc.), that is, patients can continue to accept the existing treatment scheme (Treat As Usual, TAU); 18-60 years old; Can understand and comply with the research plan; Informed consent can be provided.

排除标准：

患者：怀孕或哺乳期妇女；罹患严重智力障碍或躯体疾病；其他不适宜纳入研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Member unit: unable to pass ethics; Unable to receive regular training; Unable to promote and apply new prevention and control systems. Patient: Pregnant or lactating women; Suffering from severe intellectual disabilities or physical illnesses; Other situations that are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
