研究目的:

基于中医体质辨识、不同体质分型患者的肠道菌群差异、血清非靶向代谢组学差异进行关联分析, 探索不同地域、饮食、生活方式KOA人群在体质、肠道菌群、代谢组学三者的相关性,挖掘可能存在的联络“体质-肠-关节轴”关键菌群、代谢分子及相关信号通路,阐述不同地域、饮食环境下膝痹病症人群队列发病机制和肠道菌群的关系,为骨关节炎防治提供新 的理论及方向。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the association analysis of TCM physical identification, differences in intestinal flora and serum non-targeted metabolomics of patients with different physical signs and symptoms, we explored the correlation between physical quality, intestinal flora and metabolomics of KOA population in different regions, diets and lifestyles, explored the possible key flora, metabolic molecules and related signaling pathways in the "physical-gut-joint axis", elaborated the relationship between pathogenesis and intestinal flora of knee paralysis cohort in different regions and diets, and provided new theories and directions for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①类风湿、风湿、自免、感染等指标检测无异常; ②无内科合并症、X线检查关节炎分级(K-L分型)2级为轻度膝骨关节炎,K-L分型4级为重度关节炎。既往无膝关节外伤及手术史,无关节外畸形; ③粪便寄生虫检测正常,既往无排便异常或消化道疾病发作史; ④既往无长时间服用抗生素史; ⑤自愿加入本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

①No abnormalities in rheumatoid, rheumatic, self-funding and infection index tests; ②No medical comorbidities, x-ray arthritis grading (K-L typing) grade 2 for mild knee osteoarthritis and K-L typing grade 4 for severe arthritis. No previous history of knee trauma or surgery, and no extra-articular deformities; ③Normal fecal parasite testing and no previous history of abnormal bowel movements or episodes of gastrointestinal disease; ④No previous history of prolonged antibiotic administration; ⑤ Those who voluntarily joined this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

①需长期服用免疫抑制剂,抗生素患者,服用时间>1年; ②慢性肠炎,近1月有反复腹泻者,肠癌患者,曾接受肠道手术者。

Exclusion criteria:

①Patients who need to take immunosuppressants for a long time, antibiotics for >1 year; ②Chronic enteritis, those with recurrent diarrhea in the past 1 month, patients with intestinal cancer, those who have undergone intestinal surgery.
