研究目的：

为探索不同人群面临新型冠状疫情时是否对个人心理、睡眠和慢病健康产生影响及影响程度，为后期开展相应干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore whether the new type of coronary disease affected the mental health, sleep and chronic disease health of different population, and to provide the basis for later intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本调查研究以确诊新冠肺炎患者、抗击疫情一线医护人员、确诊患者家属和普通民众四组人群为研究对象，通过填写网络问卷的形式，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、患者健康问卷-9（PHQ-9）、广泛性焦虑量表-7（GAD-7）及创伤后应激障碍自评量表（PCL-C），评价四组人群疫情前后睡眠状况、焦虑抑郁情绪的变化，以及疫情后是否合并应激障碍，同时对四组人群的情绪变化与合并的某种慢病、年龄、性别、地域等因素进行相关性分析，确定不同情绪变化对慢病的影响，从而为开展相应的干预、心理疏导和针对性治疗提供依据。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This investigation is targeted at patients confirmed with the novel coronavirus pneumonia, frontier medical personnel fighting the outbreak, relatives to the confirmed patients, and the ordinary masses. In the form of online questionnaires, it adopts Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), patient health questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) and post-traumatic stress disorder self-evaluation list (PCL-C) to evaluate the sleep conditions, emotional changes of anxiety and depression before and after the outbreak, and whether their stress disorders have been merged after the outbreak with these four groups. Meanwhile, it conducts a correlation analysis on the emotional changes and combinations of the four groups with certain chronic disease, age, gender, region and other factors to determine the effect of different emotional changes on chronic diseases. This will lay a basis for relevant intervention, psychological counseling and targeted therapy.
