研究目的：

我国现有的移动戒烟干预存在着社会文化因素考虑较少、用户粘性低等不足。本研究将针对这些问题探索创新型智能戒烟干预模式并评估其有效性与可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The existing mobile smoking cessation interventions in China have disadvantages such as less consideration of social and cultural factors and low user adhesiveness. This study is aimed to explore an innovative mobile smoking cessation intervention approach addressing these shortcomings, and its' effectiveness and feasibility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

创新型智能戒烟干预模式：在干预内容上，融合行为改变专业建议和吸烟者观点两个视角建立整合信息库，确保推送信息既契合行为干预理论又贴近吸烟者真实体验；在推送规则上，应用机器学习方法建立混合智能信息推荐系统，同时考虑行为改变理论和用户反馈，实现智能化个性化信息推送。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The innovative mobile smoking cessation intervention: first, we will integrate professional perspectives on behavior change and smokers opinions to establish an integrated messages database to ensure these messages is not only consistent with behavior change theories but also close to smokers real experience; Second, we will apply machine learning method to establish a hybrid intelligence recommendation system, which is based on both behavior change theory and user feedback. 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：18-59岁；
2）已经吸烟100支以上且最近一周内仍然在吸烟；
3）知情同意、合作意愿较好者；
4）拥有智能手机，能够阅读、熟练使用微信。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18-59 years old;
2) Have smoked more than 100 cigarettes and still smoked within the last week;
3) Provide electronic informed consent and have good willingness to cooperate;
4) Have a smart phone, be able to read and skillfully use Wechat.

排除标准：

1）正在规律使用其他戒烟服务的（如定期戒烟门诊或者使用戒烟药物）；
2）使用电子烟或其他烟草制品；
3）有严重生理、心理疾患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Currently following other smoking cessation programs;
2) Use of e-cigarettes or other tobacco products;
3) With serious physical and psychological diseases.

招募者完成基线调查后，通过微信小程序系统后台随机分为三组:强干预组(A)、弱干预组(B)和对照组(C)。

After completing the baseline survey through the mini Program in Wechat, the participants were randomly divided into three groups through the background computer system : strong intervention group (A), weak intervention group (B), and control group (C).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为智能戒烟信息推荐系统（微信小程序）的探索与创新，尚无收集用户纸质版病例记录表（CRF）的研究计划。 研究过程将按照既定方案严格执行，在研究过程中产生的所有数据都将妥善保管在数据库（EDC）中，数据库由负责小程序开发及运营的公司维护管理，要求该公司签署保密协议，只有研究人员能够获取和查阅研究资料。此数据库不包括研究对象个人信息，仅以编号形式显示研究对象，在发布的数据中也不会涉及个人信息。研究结束后按规定销毁相关资料。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is the exploration and innovation of the intelligent smoking cessation information recommendation system (wechat mini program), and there is no research plan to collect users' paper Case record form (CRF). The research process will be strictly carried out in accordance with the established protocol. All data generated during the research process will be properly stored in the database (EDC) maintained and managed by the company responsible for the development and operation of the mini program. The company is required to sign a confidentiality agreement, so that only researchers can obtain and consult the research data. This database does not include the personal information of the research participants, only in the form of a number, and no personal information will be involved in the published data. After the study, the relevant data will be destroyed according to the regulations.
