研究目的：

（1）通过血管内OCT确认通脑饮促进颈动脉支架再内皮化作用。 （2）以EPCs动员、募集、分化为研究焦点探讨通脑饮促进支架再内皮化的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Confirm the promoting effect of Tongnaoyin on carotid artery stent reendothelialization through intravascular OCT. (2) Exploring the mechanism of Tongnaoyin promoting stent reendothelialization by focusing on the mobilization, recruitment, and differentiation of EPCs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在40-80岁之间； （2）颈动脉支架血管成形术后48h内的患者； （3）结合舌脉，符合脉痹痰瘀阻络证型； （4）依从性好，同意参加试验的患者，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Between the ages of 40 and 80; (2) Patients within 48 hours after carotid artery stent angioplasty; (3) Combining with tongue and pulse, it is in line with the syndrome type of pulse obstruction, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals; (4) Patients with good compliance who agree to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有明确使用抗血小板药物的禁忌症； （2）颈动脉夹层患者； （3）过敏体质，如对两种或以上药物或食物过敏者； （4）肝肾功能异常或肌酶严重升高者（ALT、AST＞正常上限的1.5倍，Cr＞正常上限）； （5）胃、十二指肠溃疡及穿孔病史等严重胃肠道疾病患者，影响药物吸收者； （6）具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤或艾滋病； （7）有精神疾病病史或残疾患者； （8）根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况； （9）正在参加其他药物临床观察的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are clear contraindication to use antiplatelet drugs; (2) Patients with carotid artery dissection; (3) Allergic constitution, such as allergic to two or more drugs or food allergy; (4) Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function or severe elevation of muscle enzymes (ALT, AST>1.5 times the upper normal limit, Cr>the upper normal limit); (5) Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric and duodenal ulcers and perforation, which affect drug absorption; (6) Have serious primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases affecting their survival, such as tumor or AIDS; (7) Patients with a history of mental illness or disabilities; (8) According to the judgment of the researcher, other pathological changes that reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment, may lead to loss of follow-up; (9) Patients participating in clinical observation of other drugs.
