研究目的：

主要目的：探讨ESR-C和ESR-EB这两种手术方式对于≤12mm起源于胃固有肌层SELs的安全性，以期为≤12mm胃固有肌层SELs的内镜治疗提供循证医学证据。 次要目的：比较两种手术方式的有效性，评价导致两种手术方式不良事件的危险因素，并通过测量切除后肿物底部胃壁最小厚度来探讨造成不良事件差异的具体机制  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To explore the safety of ESR-C and ESR-EB for 12mm derived gastric SELs, in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the endoscopic treatment of 12mm gastric gastric SELs. Secondary objectives: To compare the effectiveness of the two surgical procedures, evaluate the risk factors for adverse events in the two surgical procedures, and explore the specific mechanisms causing the difference in adverse events by measuring the minimum thickness of the gastric wall at the bottom of the mass after resection

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①受试者自愿加入研究并签署知情同意书 ②起源于胃固有肌层上皮下病变； ③肿瘤直径≤12mm。

Inclusion criteria

① The subjects volunteered to join the study and signed the informed consent form ② Originated from the subepithelial lesions of the gastric muscularis propria; ③ Tumor was 12mm in diameter.

排除标准：

①存在严重心肺功能不全无法耐受手术； ②患者拒绝行内镜下治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

① There is severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and an inability to tolerate surgery; ② The patient refused the endoscopic treatment.
