研究目的：

融合人工智能和混合现实技术，构建三维立体可视化专家辅助决策系统，为复杂创伤骨折患者提供更加安全、精准、智能化的临床诊疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This research will integrate artificial intelligence and mixed reality technology, and construct the three-dimensional visualization expert-assisted decision-making system based on artificial intelligence and mixed reality to provide a more accurate and safe clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy for patients with complex trauma and fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄＞18 周岁，性别不限
2. 临床诊断为：创伤骨折（包括四肢骨折、骨盆骨折、脊柱骨折）；脊柱与骨关节退行性病变
3. 因临床诊疗需要，需进行 DR、CT 等影像学检查
4. 受试者在相应医院就诊时间为：2014 年 6 月 1 日~2022年 6 月 1 日

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years old. No gender limit
2. Clinical diagnosis: traumatic fractures (including extremity fractures, pelvic fractures, spine fractures); degenerative lesions of the spine and bone joints
3. DR, CT and other imaging examinations are required for clinical treatment
4. Subjects were enrolled from June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2022

排除标准：

1. 年龄＜18 周岁
2. 存在影像检查禁忌症
3. 就诊时骨折部位存在内固定物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years old
2. Patient has contraindications to medical imaging scans
3. Presence of an internal fixation at the fracture site at the time of clinic visit
