研究目的：

在不同地区开展老年人（≥60 岁）心肺功能及相关疾病横断面调查，依据现有临床诊断体系对于结果进行分层；对心肺功能正常人群和减退人群，开展 CT 检查和心肺运动试验（CPET）及随访，研究基于 AI 辅助的融合 CT、心肺运动试验、肺功能、心功能及实验室检查的综合性老年心肺功能正常值区间，制定多维早期预警标准及相应的质控标准；对现有临床诊断体系已确诊的心肺疾患，构建基于影像学及临床指征的严重度分层评估标准及质控标准。形成影像学、临床资料、检验以及流调、随访的多维度数据集，构建支持多元大数据分析与 AI 的老年心肺功能减退及相关疾病结构化数据库，依托多中心分布式云+边计算多元大数据分析，高效支持多中心研究与相关 AI 研发；集成多学科协同主动健康管理、心肺运动代谢评估、心肺协同优先诊疗等模块，形成 AI 辅助心肺功能筛查及预警、评价、干预一体化的技术体系，开展培训推广与应用示范。与中国健促会胸部重大慢病早诊早治公益培训、工信部胸部重大疾病早筛早诊连续服务体系构建与应用示范项目连接、互动、促进。  

Objectives of Study：

Cross-sectional survey of cardiopulmonary function and related diseases of the elderly (>=60 years old) was carried out in different areas, and the results were stratified according to the existing clinical diagnosis system; Carry out CT examination and cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) and follow-up for people with normal cardiopulmonary function and those with decreased cardiopulmonary function, study the comprehensive normal range of cardiopulmonary function of the elderly based on AI-assisted integration of CT, cardiopulmonary exercise test, lung function, cardiac function and laboratory examination, and formulate multi-dimensional early warning standards and corresponding quality control standards; For the heart and lung diseases diagnosed by the existing clinical diagnosis system, the grading evaluation standard and quality control standard of severity based on imaging and clinical indications are constructed. Form a multi-dimensional data set of imaging, clinical data, testing, flow adjustment and follow-up, build a structured database of elderly cardiopulmonary dysfunction and related diseases that supports multivariate big data analysis and AI, and rely on multicenter distributed cloud+edge computing multivariate big data analysis to efficiently support multicenter research and related AI research and development; Integrate multidisciplinary collaborative active health management, cardiopulmonary exercise metabolism evaluation, cardiopulmonary collaborative priority diagnosis and treatment modules, form a technical system of AI-assisted cardiopulmonary function screening, early warning, evaluation and intervention, and carry out training promotion and application demonstration. With the China Health Promotion Association, the chest is heavy Public welfare training for early diagnosis and treatment of major and chronic diseases, construction of continuous service system for early screening and early diagnosis of major chest diseases of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and connection, interaction and promotion of application demonstration projects.

纳入标准：

1、健康志愿者的纳入标准：
年龄60岁以上，无吸烟史、肺功能检查正常且无呼吸系统症状及疾病、无胸部手术史。
2、老年心肺功能减退及相关疾病人群的纳入标准
年龄60岁以上人群

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers:
Age older than 60 years, no smoking history, normal lung function test, no respiratory symptoms or diseases, no history of chest surgery.
2. Inclusion criteria for elderly people with cardiopulmonary dysfunction and related diseases
Age older than 60 years.

排除标准：

处于妊娠期或哺乳期者；有胸部手术史、对本研究应用的检查方法有禁忌者；合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who are pregnant or lactating; Patients with a history of chest operation and contraindication of the examination methods used in this study; Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and mental disorders.
