研究目的：

收集HCoV-19感染患者前列腺液/精液标本行病毒核酸检查，观察核酸阳性表达率，明确该病毒是否会在泌尿生殖道存活并经泌尿生殖道传播  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to assess whether SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid can be detected in the expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

纳入标准：

30例确诊为COVID-19轻型或者普通型成年男性患者，30例疑似患者，成年男性。

Inclusion criteria

we selected 30 mild and common type patients who have positive SARS-CoV-2 of throat swab and 30 suspected patients who have negative nucleic acid but have some symptoms (fever, cough, etc) as controls

排除标准：

COVID-19重症或者危重症患者；未成年；

Exclusion criteria：

severe patients and juveniles
