研究目的：

本研究通过收集2018年1月1日至2024年12月31日神经内镜经鼻入路垂体瘤手术患者的术前和术中基线指标作为模型筛选指标。术后1个月内发生脑脊液鼻漏为终点事件。先后通过机器学习、Logistic 逐步回归分析等方法对所有变量进行筛选，建立垂体瘤术后患者1个月内脑脊液鼻漏发生风险的预测模型并进行模型的外部验证。最终明确预测模型对于神经内镜经鼻入路垂体腺瘤患者术后1月内脑脊液鼻漏的预测价值及对外推广价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The study intends to collect the preoperative and intraoperative baseline indicators of patients undergoing endoscopic endonasal pituitary tumor surgery from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2024 as the model screening indicators. The occurrence of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea within 1 month after surgery was the endpoint event. All variables were screened by machine learning and Logistic stepwise regression analysis to establish a prediction model for the risk of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea within 1 month after pituitary tumor surgery, and the model was externally verified. Finally, the predictive value and external promotion value of the prediction model for cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea within 1 month after endoscopic endonasal pituitary adenoma surgery will be clarified.

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁； 在我院行鞍区增强MRI或动态MRI扫描发现鞍区病灶； 具有手术指征，接受神经内镜经鼻蝶入路垂体腺瘤切除术； 术后病理确诊为垂体腺瘤者

Inclusion criteria

Older than 18 years; The sellar region lesions were found by enhanced MRI or dynamic MRI scanning in our hospital. Patients with surgical indications underwent endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection; Pituitary adenoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology

排除标准：

合并其他脑部肿瘤者； 病人基本信息、病例资料及影像学资料缺失者； 合并有恶性肿瘤、严重心力衰竭及肝硬化、肝衰竭的患者； 失访患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other brain tumors; Patients with missing basic information, medical data and imaging data; Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart failure, cirrhosis and liver failure; Patients who were lost to follow-up
