研究目的：

本研究拟基于中医的“药食同源”理论为基础，以婴幼儿功能性消化不良综合征患儿为研究对象，利用前期中药数据挖掘技术以及名老中医专家经验食疗方筛选和提炼出的莲子、薏苡仁、茯苓、炒陈皮、炒山楂、炒鸡内金、荸荠粉等作为药食同源干预配方，以应用广泛、儿童接受度极高的韧性饼干烘培技术为载体手段，通过前瞻性平行设计的随机-盲法-对照的临床干预为循证研究方案，初步探讨上述基于烘焙产品（饼干）的药食同源配方对婴幼儿功能性消化不良综合征患儿的生长发育、临床症状及中医症候的影响及改善效果，同时评估其使用的安全性和儿童接受度问题。  

Objectives of Study：

his study is based on the theory of "medicinal and food homology" in traditional Chinese medicine, with infants and young children with functional dyspepsia syndrome as the research object. Using early Chinese medicine data mining technology and the experience of renowned traditional Chinese medicine experts in food therapy, lotus seeds, coix seed, Poria cocos, fried tangerine peel, fried hawthorn, fried chicken inner gold, and water chestnut powder, which are screened and extracted as medicinal and food homology intervention formulas, are widely used The resilient biscuit baking technology, which is highly accepted by children, was used as a carrier method. Through a prospective parallel design randomized blind controlled clinical intervention as an evidence-based research plan, the impact and improvement effect of the aforementioned medicinal and food homologous formula based on baking products (biscuits) on the growth and development, clinical symptoms, and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of infants with functional dyspepsia syndrome were preliminarily explored, Simultaneously evaluate the safety and child acceptance of its use.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 符合西医婴幼儿功能性消化不良综合征食欲下降的诊断标准，可伴有或不伴有其他四项临床表现； （1）中医小儿积滞临床表现及诊断； （2）年龄为1-3岁； （3）入组前1月内内未使用过其他消积导滞清热类中药，以及促胃肠动力药、抗酸或抑酸药磊药物； （4）患儿家属或主要监护人同意参加该研究，并且签署书面同意书； （5）定期参加当地医疗机构健康体检及定期随访，接受儿保医师、营养师、中医师喂养建议及营养指导。

Inclusion criteria

1: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for decreased appetite in children with functional dyspepsia syndrome in Western medicine, with or without the other four clinical manifestations 2: (1) Clinical manifestations and diagnosis of pediatric stasis in traditional Chinese medicine 3: (2) Age range from 1 to 3 years old 4: (3) Within one month before enrollment, who had not used any other traditional Chinese medicine for dispelling accumulation, dissipating stagnation and clearing heat, as well as Prokinetic agent, antacid or antacid drugs 5: (4) The family members or primary guardians of the child agree to participate in the study and sign a written consent form 6: (5) Regularly participate in physical examination and regular follow-up at local medical institutions, and receive feeding suggestions and nutrition guidance from child care physicians, dietitian, and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.

排除标准：

1: （1）入组时存在胃肠疾病报警症状，如频繁呕吐、呕血、呼吸暂停、生长迟缓、喂养或吞咽困难、表情痛苦或姿态异常、发热、便血、面色改变、脱水、胎粪排出困难等； （2）入组时合并有严重的心、脑、肝、肾、内分泌、血液等系统性疾病者 2: （3）过敏体质及对试验药物过敏者 3: （4）入组时确定由直肠、结肠器质性病变( 如肿瘤、炎症、肛裂、克隆氏病、肠梗阻、肠粘连、结肠息肉、肠结核等) 所致肠道狭窄引起症状者 4: （5）法律规定的残疾患儿( 盲、聋、哑、智力障碍、精神障碍) 5: （6）最近 3 月内参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: (1) At the time of enrollment, there were warning symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases, such as frequent vomiting, hematemesis, apnea, growth retardation, difficulty feeding or swallowing, painful expression or abnormal posture, fever, bloody stools, changes in complexion, dehydration, difficulty in meconium excretion, etc 2: (2) Those who have severe systemic diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, endocrine, and blood at the time of enrollment 3: (3) Allergic constitution and allergy to test drug 4: (4) The children with symptoms caused by intestinal stricture and rectal and colonic organic diseases (such as tumor, inflammation, anal fissure, Crohn's disease, Bowel obstruction, intestinal adhesion, colonic polyps, intestinal tuberculosis, etc.) were determined at the time of enrollment 5: (5) Disabled children (blind, deaf, mute, intellectual disabilities, mental disorders) as stipulated by law 6: (6) Participated in other clinical researchers within the past three months.
