研究目的：

1.采集深圳市第二人民医院眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞患者的临床数据，依托于医院的电子病例系统，构建眼部动脉阻塞临床数据管理平台，建立眼部动脉阻塞临床数据库。 2.分析眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞患者的临床特征，通过随访的形式，明确未来缺血性脑卒中的发生风险比例；通过关联性分析探究影响未来缺血性脑卒中发生风险的相关因素及其中的量化效应。建立眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞患者未来缺血性脑卒中发生风险的预测模型。 3.以眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞患者未来缺血性脑卒中发生风险的预测模型为循证医学依据，对临床上眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞患者救治流程提供诊疗思路，制定相应的救治指南或专家共识，建立并完善我院“眼卒中救治绿色通道”，将眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞患者救治规范化、精细化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collecting clinical data of patients with ophthalmic artery occlusion or retinal artery occlusion in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital, building a clinical data platform for ophthalmic artery occlusion based on the hospital's electronic case system, and establish a clinical database for ophthalmic artery occlusion. 2. Analyzing the clinical characteristics of patients with ophthalmic artery occlusion or retinal artery occlusion, and clarify the risk ratio of future ischemic stroke through follow-up. Exploring the relevant factors and quantitative effects that affect the risk of future ischemic stroke through correlation analysis. Establish a predictive model for the risk of future ischemic stroke in patients with ophthalmic or retinal artery occlusion. 3. Providing diagnostic and treatment ideas for the treatment process of ophthalmic artery occlusion or retinal artery occlusion in clinical practice based on the predictive model, helping to develop the corresponding treatment guidelines or expert consensus, improving our hospital's "green channel for ophthalmic artery occlusion", and to standardize and refine the treatment of these patients.

纳入标准：

自2004年6月至2025年6月期间就诊于深圳市第二人民医院，首诊诊断为眼动脉阻塞或视网膜动脉阻塞的成年患者。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients was initially diagnosed with ophthalmic artery occlusion or retinal artery occlusion who attended Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from June 2004 to June 2025.

排除标准：

1. 医源性、外伤性、肿瘤性OAO或RAO阻塞； 2. 处于妊娠状态的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ophthalmic artery occlusion or retinal artery occlusion which was induced by Iatrogenic, traumatic or tumor; 2. Women in a pregnant state.
