1. 主要目的：与HTK比较，评价HX-1心脏停搏液对CPB手术患者心脏保护的有效性及安全性。 2. 次要目的：与HTK比较，评价HX-1心脏停搏液对术中超滤使用率、ICU监护时间及住院时间的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary purposes: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of HX-1 cardioplegia,compared with HTK cardioplegia, on the myocardial protection in on-pump cardiac surgery. 2. Secondary purposes: To evaluate the effect of HX-1 cardioplegia,compared with HTK cardioplegia, on the occupation of medical resources, including intraoperative ultrafiltration, ICU duration and hospital stays.

2019.1.1-2021.6.30期间行CPB心脏手术患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing CPB cardiac surgery from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021

排除标准：

行心脏移植手术患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients undergoing heart transplantation surgery
