探讨REX康复机器人训练对卒中后患者亚急性康复阶段平衡和下肢功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of REX rehabilitation robot training on balance and lower limb function in subacute rehabilitation stage of patients after stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①脑卒中后偏瘫患者，符合2019年中华医学会全国脑血管病学术会议修订的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》，均具有头颅CT或MRI的影像学诊断依据；②首次发病的脑卒中患者，病程在2周至3个月内；③存在明显下肢运动功能障碍：偏瘫侧下肢brunnstrom分级≤3期的患者，berg≤20分；④患者生命体征平稳，神经系统症状不再进展；并能耐受REX机器人治疗；年龄在40岁到75岁之间；⑤下肢肌张力≤2级；⑥能够理解和进行简单沟通（MMSE评分≥21分）；⑦患者均签署治疗知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with hemiplegia after stroke are in line with the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" revised by the National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019, and all have the imaging diagnosis basis of head CT or MRI; (2) Stroke patients with the first onset, the course of the disease is within 2 weeks to 3 months; (3) There is obvious lower limb motor dysfunction: patients with stage 3 BRUNSTROM grade ≤ lower limb on hemiplegic side, Berg ≤ 20 points; (4) The patient's vital signs are stable, and the neurological symptoms no longer progress; and can tolerate REX robotic therapy; Be between 40 and 75 years of age; (5) Lower limb muscle tone ≤ grade 2; (6) Ability to understand and communicate simply (MMSE score≥ 21); (7) Patients signed informed consent for treatment.

排除标准：

①严重的关节炎或伴有其他严重肌肉骨骼系统疾病者；②患有系统性免疫性疾病，血液系统疾病等疾病者；③存在严重精神状态异常，无法配合完成治疗，或依从性差的患者；④合并直立性低血压、下肢深静脉血栓、不稳定型高血压、严重心脏或心肺部疾病不能参加运动者；⑤骨密度检查存在严重骨质疏松者；⑥拒绝签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe arthritis or other serious musculoskeletal system diseases; (2) Those suffering from systemic immune diseases, blood system diseases and other diseases; (3) Patients with severe mental status abnormalities, unable to cooperate with the completion of treatment, or poor compliance; (4) Those with orthostatic hypotension, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, unstable hypertension, severe heart or cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot participate in exercise; (5) Those with severe osteoporosis in bone density examination; (6) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
