研究目的：

比较新冠疫情放开后我国西部地区华西医院与东部地区山东烟台业达医院急诊患者就诊时的血钠异常与疾病严重程度和不良预后包括死亡率、入ICU、住院时长、需要呼吸支持、严重并发症等的关系。同时，在低钠血症患者中，区分不同类型的低钠血症发生率及其与疾病预后的关系，以及血异常持续时间和纠正速度与疾病预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the correlation of abnormal serum sodium with severity and outcome of COVID-19 including mortality, admission to ICU, length of hospitalization, need for respiratory support, severe complications, in emergency patients in Huaxi Hospital and Yeda Hospital after the release of COVID-19. Meanwhile, to identify the primary etiology of hyponatremia and their relationship with outcomes, as well as the relationship between the duration and correction speed of hyponatremia and outcomes.

纳入标准：

年龄大于或等于18岁，根据中国国家卫生委员会发布的《2019年冠状病毒病指南》（第9版）标准诊断为新冠冠状病。

Inclusion criteria

Patients ≥18 years of age, diagnosed as COVID-19 Coronary Disease according to the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Guidelines (9th Edition) issued by the National Health Commission of China.

排除标准：

核酸阴性；核酸阳性但无新冠相关症状或影像学表现。

Exclusion criteria：

Negative nucleic acid test, or without COVID-19 related symptoms or imaging features.
