研究目的：

1. 构建意识障碍患者睡眠脑电大数据集，分析意识障碍患者睡眠成分。 2. 利用睡眠脑电对患者进行意识评估和预后。 3. 研究DOC患者的睡眠可能有助于探索新的促醒康复方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a large data set of sleep EEG of patients with disorders of consciousness and analyze the sleep components of patients with disorders of consciousness. 2. To use sleep EEG for consciousness assessment and prognosis of patients. 3. To study the sleep of DOC patients may help to explore new methods of wake-promoting rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄14-70岁；
2) 发病时间28天以上（病情稳定，符合慢性DOC诊断标准）；
3) 视/听觉各一分；
4) 患者家属知情并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 14-70 years.
2) duration of onset 28 days or more (stable condition, meeting diagnostic criteria for chronic DOC)
3) One point each for visual/auditory;
4) patient's family informed and signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 严重或不稳定的临床状况;
2) 睡眠相关病史（如长期失眠、呼吸相关睡眠障碍、中枢性多眠、睡眠节律紊乱、异态睡眠、睡眠运动障碍等）；
3) 不良习惯史（如长期酗酒、吸食毒品等）；
4) 与损伤前中枢神经系统相关的残疾，癫痫，肌阵挛;
5) 精神病史；
6) 监测前24小时未服用过巴比妥类药物，抗精神病药或抗抑郁药；
7) 酒精、胶布、导电膏过敏.

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe or unstable clinical condition;
2) history of sleep-related medical conditions (e.g., chronic insomnia, respiratory-related sleep disorders, central polysomnia, sleep rhythm disorders, allergic sleep, sleep movement disorders, etc.);
3) history of adverse habits (e.g., chronic alcohol and drug abuse);
4) disability related to the pre-injury CNS, epilepsy, myoclonus ;
5) history of psychiatric disorders.
6) no barbiturates, antipsychotics or antidepressants taken 24 hours prior to monitoring
7) allergy to alcohol, adhesive tape, conductive paste.
