研究目的：

本研究旨在探究乳腺癌患者周围神经病变的现状及与自我管理能力的相关性，构建基于HAPA理论的乳腺癌患者化疗致周围神经病变自我管理干预方案，为化疗的乳腺癌患者提供自我管理的具体方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of peripheral neuropathy in breast cancer patients and its correlation with self-management ability, to construct a self-management intervention program of peripheral neuropathy induced by chemotherapy for breast cancer patients based on the HAPA theory, and to provide specific methods of self-management for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 女性，年龄≥18岁
2: 经临床及病理确诊为乳腺癌
3: 处于化疗周期，使用神经毒性化疗药物（如紫杉醇、多西他赛等）
4: 意识清楚，知情同意且自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1: Female, ≥18 years old
2: Diagnosed as breast cancer by clinical and pathological diagnosis
3: During the chemotherapy cycle, neurotoxic chemotherapy drugs (such as paclitaxel, docetaxel, etc.) are used
4: Clear awareness, informed consent and voluntary participation in this study

排除标准：

1: 合并其他肿瘤或有严重肝、肾功能损害等
2: 合并其他原因导致的周围神经病变（如糖尿病、甲状腺功能不全等）

Exclusion criteria：

1: Complicated with other tumors or severe liver and kidney damage
2: Peripheral neuropathy combined with other causes (such as diabetes, thyroid insufficiency, etc.)
