本次研究的主要目的及意义是探讨肝硬化患者的侧枝分流情况，评估侧枝分流对于肝硬化患者肝性脑病的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose and significance of this study is to investigate the situation of collateral shunts in patients with liver cirrhosis, and to evaluate the predictive value of collateral shunts for hepatic encephalopathy in patients with liver cirrhosis.

纳入标准：

诊断肝硬化的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with cirrhosis

排除标准：

既往行TIPs治疗； 恶性肿瘤患者； 无完整病例信息患者； 无增强CT资料的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Previous TIPs treatment; patients with malignant tumors; Patients without complete case information; Patients without enhanced CT data;
