研究目的：

1. 评估多模态消融治疗联合免疫治疗胰腺癌肝转移的安全性和有效性、对胰腺癌初诊肝转移患者生存获益的影响，探索局部治疗与全身治疗相结合的全新药械联用治疗模式。 2. 建立一种胰腺癌肝转移性恶性肿瘤多模态消融治疗体系，实现基于多模态影像平台的消融规划和术中消融效果的即刻评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the safety and effector of multi-mode thermal therapy combined with immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer liver metastasis with initial diagnosis, and the survival benefits to patients with pancreatic cancer liver metastasis, to explore a new therapy of combination with local and systemic treatment. 2. Establish a therapuetic system of multi-mode thermal therapy for pancreatic cancer with liver malignant metastasis, and achieve surgery planning based on multi-mode imaging platform and immediate evaluation of intraoperative ablation effect after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-70岁，性别不限； 2、经病理学证实或符合临床诊断的初诊胰腺癌伴肝转移患者，且无肝脏以外其它器官转移； 3、影像学可评价的肿瘤，具有安全的穿刺抵达途径； 4、半肝肿瘤个数≤3个且每个肿瘤大小≤3 cm； 5、ECOG PS评分≤2分，预期生存期＞3个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ages 18-70 years. Can be male or female; 2. Histologically confirmed pancreatic cancer with liver metastasis and no extrahepatic metastasis; 3. Measurable liver metastasis in CT or MRI, can be punctured safely; 4. Less than 3 lesions per half liver and less than 3 cm each; 5. ECOG score ≤2, expected survival more than 3 month.

排除标准：

1、肝功能Child-Pugh C级，严重的黄疸，尤其是阻塞性黄疸； 2、肝脏显著萎缩，肿瘤体积过大，消融范围需达三分之一肝脏体积； 3、预期生存期< 3个月； 4、严重心、肺、肝肾功能不全及凝血功能障碍； 5、未得到控制的合并疾病，包括：控制较差的高血压或糖尿病，持续存在的活动性感染，或者可能影响受试者对研究依从性的精神疾病或社会状况； 6、顽固性大量腹水、胸水或恶液质； 7、妊娠或哺乳； 8、研究人员认为存在任何不适合入选或影响受试者参与研究的其它因素

Exclusion criteria：

1. Child_Pugh level C with serious jaundice, especially obstructive jaundice; 2. Excessive tumor volume , or ablation range up to one-third of liver volume; 3. Expected survival less than 3 month; 4. Severe disorders of the heart, lung, liver, or kidney function, irreversible coagulation disorder; 5. Other uncontrolled diseases, including hypertension or diabetes, active infection, mental illness, or a social condition that may affect the subject’s compliance; 6. Intractable ascites, pleural effusion, or cachexia; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Other factors that researchers think not suitable for inclusion.
