研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是构建和评价痴呆老人社会网络干预项目(DeCare-SPM)，并与常规失智照护支持相比，这些干预措施是否能提高失智患者家庭照护者的健康相关结局。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of the present study is to develop and implement DeCare-SPM and to investigate whether the interventions result in an increase of health-related outcomes in family caregivers of IWD when compared to usual dementia care support.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①照护对象被医疗机构诊断为痴呆症；②年龄≥18岁；③居住在社区，1年内无入住机构的计划；④痴呆患者的主要家庭照护者，即每周至少有4天或每天有7小时的照顾时间，家庭照护者定义为痴呆患者的配偶、子女及其他亲戚；⑤自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the care recipient has not only been diagnosed with dementia by a medical institution but also lives in the community and has no plan to move to institutions within a year. (2) the primary family caregivers of dementia patients spend at least 4 days per week or 7 hours a day in caregiving. (3) the caregivers aged at least 18 years with a secondary school education or above; (4) volunteer to participant in this study.

排除标准：

①患有精神类疾病；②不能进行正常沟通交流的人；③因地理位置等原因无法参加项目

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the caregivers suffer from mental illness. (2)people who cannot communicate normally. (3) the caregivers are unable to attend training due to physical distance.
