研究目的：

FIST-SCI是适合脊髓损伤患者功能性坐位平衡的评估，可评估受试者静态、动态及存在各种内部和外部干扰因素时的平衡能力，已被验证在评估者之间和内部都有很好的可靠性，并且该评估平均需要不到15分钟的时间，简单易行。但是此评估没有中文版的信效度的验证，故本研究意在译制简体中文版FIST-SCI量表，验证其效度及信度，以提高对脊髓损伤患者功能性坐位平衡的重视程度，提供一个适用于我国本土文化、信效度可靠的脊髓损伤坐位平衡评估工具。本研究用MAS-SCI作为比较指标，对患者进行两个坐位平衡功能（FIST-SCI，MAS-SCI）的评估，并在两周后对评估的视频再次打分，以验证中文版FIST-SCI的信效度。  

Objectives of Study：

FIST-SCI is suitable for the assessment of functional sitting balance in patients with spinal cord injury. It can evaluate the balance ability of the subject at rest, in dynamic condition, and in the presence of various internal and external interference factors. It has been verified to have good reliability between and within the assessors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to translate the Chinese version of FIST-SCI into Chinese to verify its validity and reliability, so as to improve the attention to the functional sitting balance of patients with spinal cord injury, and to provide a reliable, valid and reliable assessment tool for spinal cord injury sitting balance suitable for Chinese culture. This study used the MAS-SCI as the comparative index to evaluate the balance function of the patients in two sitting positions (FIST-SCI, MAS-SCI), and scored the video again two weeks later to verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of FIST-SCI.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A. 符合美国脊髓损伤学会2019 年修订的脊髓损伤神经学分类国际诊断标准，并经CT或MRI确诊为脊髓损伤； B. 生命体征稳定，适宜进行试验； C. 年龄：18-75岁，性别不限； D. 脊髓神经损伤的运动平面为C1-T12，AIS脊髓损伤分级A、B、C级； E. 病程在1年及以上，以轮椅为主要移动方式； F. 认知功能良好，同意并签署本临床研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

A. Meet the American Spinal Injury Association 2019 revised International diagnostic criteria for neurological classification of spinal cord injury, and spinal cord injury confirmed by CT or MRI; B. Vital signs are stable and suitable for testing; C. Age: 18-75 years old, both sexes; D. The motion plane of spinal cord nerve injury was C1-T12, AIS spinal cord injury grade A, B, C; E. The disease duration was 1 year or more, and the main mode of mobility was wheelchair; F. Good cognitive function, agreed and signed the informed consent form for this clinical study.

排除标准：

A. 依靠呼吸机； B．肺或心血管疾病，除脊髓损伤引起的自主神经功能障碍外还有其他混杂因素（比如COPD、慢性心力衰竭、最近3个月心梗、主动脉狭窄、瓣膜障碍、CVA等）； C．3年内吸烟史； D．任何可能限制转移能力，或危及仰卧或坐位耐受性的并发症，包括但不限于: 骨折、脱位或畸形影响仰卧位或坐位耐受性；脊柱不稳定；接触面上的压疮或皮肤完整性问题将禁止坐或卧位；未处理的深静脉血栓；最近3个月因自主神经反射障碍住院；认知障碍导致运动规划或冲动担忧；怀孕女性； E．正在参与其他实验者； F．拒绝签署知情同意书的情者。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Ventilator dependence; B. Pulmonary or cardiovascular disease, in addition to autonomic dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury, there are other confounding factors (such as COPD, chronic heart failure, myocardial infarction in the last 3 months, aortic stenosis, valvular disease, CVA, etc.); C. Smoking history within 3 years; D. Any complications that may limit the ability to transfer, or compromise supine or sitting tolerance, including, but not limited to, fractures, dislocations, or deformities affecting supine or sitting tolerance; Spinal instability; Pressure sores or skin integrity issues on the contact surface will prohibit sitting or lying in the supine position; Untreated deep vein thrombosis; He was hospitalized due to autonomic dysreflexia in the last 3 months. Cognitive impairment leading to motor planning or impulsive concerns; Pregnant women; E. Are participating in other experimenters; F. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
