研究目的：

探索低能量激光联合口腔冷疗法对灼口综合征患者口腔黏膜烧灼样疼痛、口腔健康相关生活质量、心理状况和睡眠质量改善的临床有效率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effectiveness of low-energy laser combined with oral cooling therapy in improving oral mucosa burning pain, oral health-related quality of life, psychological status, and sleep quality in patients with burning mouth syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁；
2）主诉是舌部黏膜烧灼样疼痛，每天重复超过2个小时，持续3个月以上；
3）临床检查口腔黏膜表面无明显异常；
4）没有发现引起口腔黏膜烧灼样疼痛的局部或全身原因。

Inclusion criteria

1) ≥18 years old; 2) The chief complaint was burning pain of tongue mucosa, which was repeated for more than 2 hours a day for more than 3 months; 3) There was no obvious abnormality on the oral mucosal surface in clinical examination; 4) No local or systemic cause of the burning pain of oral mucosa was found.

排除标准：

1）口腔黏膜有可检测到的器质性病变伴疼痛；
2）头颈部放疗史，伴唾液腺疾病或其它口腔黏膜病；
3）严重心、肝、肾及血液系统等重要脏器疾病患者；
4）有精神疾病史，自行用药或1个月内使用过抗焦虑药、抗抑郁药、抗惊厥药或精神药物治疗的患者；
5）怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Detectable organic lesions of oral mucosa with pain;
2) A history of radiotherapy for the head and neck, accompanied by salivary gland diseases or other oral mucosal diseases;
3) Serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, blood system and other important organs;
4) A history of mental illness, self-medication or use of anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants, anticonvulsants or psychotropic drugs within 1 month:
5) Pregnant or lactating women.
