本研究的目的是评估骨水泥的双侧椎弓根锚定技术联合PVP体位复位在治疗Kümmell的临床应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of bilateral pedicle cement anchoring technique combined with postural reduction in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for Kümmell disease.

纳入标准：

根据患者的病史、X线、CT及MRI的影响检查结果，所以诊断为Kümmell病的患者均被纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

According to the medical history, radiograph, CT and MRI, patients diagnosed as Kümmell disease will be included in this study

排除标准：

如果病人存在多节段的骨折累及、肿瘤、脊柱感染、椎弓根骨折以及神经功能障碍在本研究中均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients with multilevel involvements, tumors, infections, pedicle fracture and neurological deficits were excluded from this study.
