研究目的：

我们的目的是观察对卒中后吞咽障碍患者提供CEME口腔护理方案方案是否能减少卒中相关性肺炎的发病率、改善口腔健康及吞咽功能。  

Objectives of Study：

Our objective was to observe whether providing CEME oral care to patients with post-stroke dysphagia can reduce the incidence of stroke-associated pneumonia and improve oral health and swallowing function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《2016 版中国脑血管病诊治指南与共识》脑卒中诊断标准； 2.洼田饮水试验结果显示吞咽障碍程度为3级或3级以上者； 3.年龄≥18岁； 4.生命体征平稳，治疗依从性良好，能主动配合完成本研究； 5.病人或者法定监护人知晓研究内容并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria of the 2016 Chinese Guidelines and Consensus for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases, 2.The results of the Water swallow test showed that the degree of swallowing disorder was grade 3 or above, 3.Age ≥ 18, 4.Vital signs were stable, treatment compliance was good, and she was able to actively cooperate with the completion of the study, 5. The patient or legal guardian knows the study content and signs the informed consent

排除标准：

1既往其他原因导致的吞咽障碍； 2入院24小时内死亡或出院者； 3需要机械通气的患者； 4入院时被诊断为肺炎； 5存在严重口腔疾患、颜面损伤者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous dysphagia caused by other reasons 2. Death or discharge within 24 hours of admission 3 Patients requiring mechanical ventilation 4 was diagnosed with pneumonia on admission 5 Serious oral diseases, facial damage

每日评估检查患者口腔情况；协助或指导患者每日使用牙膏和软头牙刷进行口腔清洁或使用棉棒蘸取漱口水清洁口腔，每日至少2次，每次至少2分钟； 刷牙后用清水冲洗牙刷, 刷头向上放在口杯中置于通风处。

Daily assessment of the patient's oral condition;Assist or instruct the patient to clean the mouth with toothpaste and soft-headed toothbrush or with a cotton swab dipped in mouthwash at least 2 times a day for at least 2 minutes each time;After brushing teeth, rinse the toothbrush with clean water and place the brush head upward in a cup in a well-ventilated place.
