研究目的：

提出针对干眼症新的物理治疗方式，明确“穴位眼周按摩”疗法可以增加泪液分泌、提升泪膜稳定性、缓解干眼症状。  

Objectives of Study：

A new physiotherapy method is proposed, and it is clear that acupoint periocular massage therapy can increase tear secretion, improve the stability of tear film and relieve dry eye symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞18岁；（2）眼表疾病指数量表（OSDI）≥13分；（3）轻型干眼患者，平均无创泪膜破裂时间( A-NITBUT ) < 10 s纳入干眼组；（4）平均无创泪膜破裂时间( A-NITBUT ) ＞10 s患者纳入临床前干眼组。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age > 18 years old; (2) Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) ≥13 points; (3) Mild dry eye patients with mean non-invasive tear film rupture time (A-NITBUT) < 10 s were included in dry eye group; (4) Patients with mean non-invasive tear film rupture time (A-NITBUT) > 10 s were included in the preclinical dry eye group.

排除标准：

排除标准：①患有神经性疼痛、过敏性结膜炎、Sj?gren’s综合征、泪道阻塞或其他疾病。 ②在1个月内接受过干眼症治疗或使用过隐形眼镜的受试者； ③有眼部外伤或手术史的受试者； ④有严重全身性疾病的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

All subjects had neuropathic pain, allergic conjunctivitis, Sj?grens syndrome, lacrimal obstruction or other diseases. Subjects were also excluded if they had dry eye treatment or used contact lenses within 1 month, if they had a history of eye trauma or surgery or subjects with serious systemic diseases.
