研究目的：

该研究通过8小时限时饮食，改善体重指数正常的PCOS女性胰岛素抵抗等代谢异常，为非超重肥胖的PCOS患者管理方案制定提供理论依据，及更多饮食管理选择，以降低患2型糖尿病和心血管疾病的风险，改善生育力。  

Objectives of Study：

This study improves metabolic abnormalities such as insulin resistance in PCOS women with normal body mass index through 8-hour time-restricted eating, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of management for PCOS patients without overweight and obese, as well as more dietary management options to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease and improve fertility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

[1]年龄20-40女性 [2]根据鹿特丹标准诊断为PCOS的女性 [3]合并胰岛素抵抗 [4]18.5 kg/㎡≤BMI＜24kg/㎡ [5]近半年能坚持定期门诊随访 [6]自愿签署知情同意书，愿意参与本次研究；

Inclusion criteria

[1] Female aged 20-40 [2] Women diagnosed with PCOS according to Rotterdam criteria [3] Combined with insulin resistance [4] 18.5 kg/㎡≤BMI < 24kg/㎡ [5] Can adhere to regular outpatient follow-up [6] Sign the informed consent voluntarily and be willing to participate in this study

排除标准：

[1]近3个月有接受专业饮食运动调整、减肥手术或服用减肥药物等 [2]近3个月体重变化超过5% [3]每日禁食时间超过16小时 [4]目前服用口服避孕药、糖皮质激素类药物，胰岛素增敏剂，二甲双胍等影响糖代谢的药物 [5]现患糖尿病或高血压、心血管疾病等需要长期定时服用药物的疾病 [6]有严重肝肾功能损害 [7]有精神类疾病且需服用药物治疗 [8]每周饮用酒精总量超过100g（体积*浓度*0.8） [9]吸烟 [10]每周≥1次夜班 [11]近3个月流产史 [12]已确定的临床妊娠 [13]作为受试者参与其他干预性临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

[1] received Weight-loss therapy including professional diet and exercise management, bariatric surgery or taking drugs in the past 3 months [2] The weight change in the past 3 months was more than 5% [3] Fasting for more than 16 hours a day [4] Currently taking oral contraceptives, glucocorticoid drugs, insulin sensitizers, metformin and other drugs that affect glucose metabolism [5] suffering from diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and others requiring regular medication for a long time [6] Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency [7] mental illness that requires medication [8] More than 100 grams of alcohol per week ( Volume * concentration *0.8) [9] Smoking [10] ≥1 night shift per week [11] abortion history in the last 3 months [12]Being pregnant [13] Participating in other interventional studies
