各科室拟行择期手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Surgical patients in different departments

排除标准：

急诊手术患者； 术前意识障碍等无法完成衰弱评估的患者； 拒绝参加此次研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Emergency surgical patients; Patients with consciousness disorders or unable to complete frailty assessment; Patients who refuse to participate.
