研究目的：

（1）开展质性访谈，深入了解早产产妇母乳喂养体验和需求，为下一步制定干预方案提供依据。 （2）基于行为改变轮理论，结合质性访谈、文献回顾、德尔菲专家咨询结果，构建早产产妇母乳喂养干预方案。 （3）探究该方案对早产儿母乳喂养率、早产产妇母乳喂养自我效能、母乳喂养知识水平、母乳喂养态度、感知母乳喂养家庭支持的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Conduct qualitative interviews to deeply understand the breastfeeding experience and needs of preterm mothers, so as to provide a basis for the next development of intervention programs. (2) Based on the behavior change wheel theory, combined with qualitative interviews, literature review, Delphi expert consultation results, to construct the breastfeeding intervention program for preterm mothers. (3) To explore the effects of the program on the breastfeeding rate of preterm infants, breastfeeding self-efficacy of preterm mothers, breastfeeding knowledge level, breastfeeding attitude, and perceived breastfeeding family support.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）早产儿纳入标准
①胎龄<37 周；
②体重>600g；
③严重器官功能疾病已得到有效治疗；
④已接受胃肠内营养且>24h。
（2）早产妇纳入标准
①知情同意，自愿参与本项目；
②神志清醒，有基本照护患儿的能力；
③患儿主要照护者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inclusion criteria for premature infants
① gestational age < 37 weeks;
② Body weight > 600g;
③ Serious organ function diseases have been effectively treated;
④ have received gastrointestinal nutrition and > 24h.
(2) early maternal inclusion criteria
① Informed consent and voluntary participation in the project;
② conscious, have basic ability to care for children;
③ The main caregivers of children

排除标准：

（1）早产儿排除标准
①患有先天性遗传性代谢疾病、消化道发育畸形等其他严重先天性生长发育异常疾病；
②重度缺血缺氧性脑病；
③脑室内出血Ⅳ级；
④接受安慰性治疗。
（2）早产妇排除标准
①精神病史或严重认知功能障碍；
②语言交流障碍；
③入组前 14 天内有发热、胃肠不适、呼吸道感染、皮肤传染病等症状；
④严重身体疾病；
⑤存在母乳喂养禁忌症，包括活动性结核、艾滋病、肝炎病毒感染、乳房局部的单纯疱疹病毒感染损伤正接受放射性同位素诊断或治疗、正服用抗代谢药物或化疗药物

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclusion criteria for premature infants
① Patients with congenital genetic metabolic diseases, digestive tract development abnormalities and other serious congenital growth and development disorders;
② Severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy;
③ Intraventricular hemorrhage grade Ⅳ;
④ Receive consolation therapy.
(2) early maternal exclusion criteria
① History of mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction;
② Language communication barriers;
③ There were fever, gastrointestinal discomfort, respiratory tract infection, skin infectious disease and other symptoms in the first 14 days of enrollment;
④ serious physical illness;
⑤ There are contraindications to breastfeeding, including active tuberculosis, AIDS, hepatitis virus infection, local herpes simplex virus infection injury in the breast undergoing radioisotope diagnosis or treatment, and taking antimetabolic drugs or chemotherapy drugs
