研究目的：

术后咽喉痛(Postoperative Sore Throat，POST)是全身麻醉气道管理后最常见的并发症之一，POST除增加患者不适及降低麻醉恢复质量外，还将影响患者的住院满意度，延长患者住院时间。如何预防全身麻醉患者POST的发生，已经成为临床上一个亟待解决的问题。局麻药涂抹气管导管和喉罩可以预防POST的发生，盐酸达克罗宁胶浆是一种新型局部麻醉药，其可有效抑制气管插管时的应激反应，在粘膜麻醉方面，盐酸达克罗宁胶浆比丁卡因和利多卡因更有效，在清醒插管患者中，含服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆使用步骤简单，比丁卡因喷雾剂具有更好的黏膜麻醉效果和插管条件。本研究目的在于观察在全身麻醉患者中，含服盐酸达克罗宁是否可以降低术后咽喉痛的发生和术后咽喉痛评分。  

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative Sore Throat (POST) is one of the most common complications after airway management under general anesthesia. POST not only increases patients' discomfort and reduces the quality of anesthesia recovery, but also affects patients' hospitalization satisfaction and prolongs the hospital stay. How to prevent POST in general anesthesia patients has become an urgent problem in clinic. The application of local anesthetics to tracheal tubes and laryngeal masks can prevent the occurrence of POST. Dclonine hydrochloride gel is a new type of local anesthetic, which can effectively inhibit the stress response during tracheal intubation. In terms of mucosal anesthesia, Dclonine hydrochloride gel is more effective than tetracaine and lidocaine. Compared with tetracaine spray, it has better mucosal anesthetic effect and intubation conditions. The objective of this study was to observe whether the administration of dclonine hydrochloride can reduce the occurrence and score of postoperative sore throat in patients with general anesthesia.

纳入标准：

气管插管或者喉罩的全身麻醉患者； ASA I-III级； 年龄 18-70岁； 预计机械通气时间小于等于4h。

Inclusion criteria

Patients under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask; ASA Level I-III; Age 18-70 years old; The expected mechanical ventilation time is less than or equal to 4h.

排除标准：

有精神病史或长期应用精神类药物者；对局部麻醉药过敏者； 合并有心（ NYHA心功能分级 III级及以上者）、肝 （Child分级C级）、肾（需维持性透析者）等重要系统器官疾病失代偿者； 慢性呼吸系统疾病、哮喘病史、慢性咽炎病史、咽喉疼痛或声音嘶哑患者； 头颈部手术、口咽部手术和心脏手术的患者； 气道损伤或受压,评估为困难气道的患者； 既往行食管癌或者胃癌根治术者；有咽喉部结构病变或手术史； 拒绝参与本项研究或者正在参与其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

People with a history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; Allergic to local anesthetics; Patients with decompensated heart (NYHA heart function grade III and above), liver (Child grade C), kidney (maintenance dialysis) and other vital system organ diseases; Patients with chronic respiratory disease, asthma history, chronic pharyngitis history, sore throat or hoarseness; Patients undergoing head and neck surgery, oropharyngeal surgery and heart surgery; Patients with airway injury or compression, assessed as having a difficult airway; Patients who have previously undergone radical surgery for esophageal or gastric cancer; Have a history of structural lesions or surgery in the throat; Declined to participate in the study or is participating in other researchers.
