研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估肝硬化住院患者MDR、XDR细菌感染的流行病学情况、相关危险因素以及在院/近期死亡率，并根据抗生素治疗经验评估肝硬化患者细菌感染对临床结果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study was to assess the epidemiology of bacterial infection with MDR and XDR, associated risk factors, and in-hospital/recent mortality in patients with cirrhosis, and to assess the effect of bacterial infection on clinical outcomes in patients with cirrhosis based on antibiotic treatment experience.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入2022年9月1日-2023年9月1日入院时合并感染及入院后出现感染的肝硬化患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with cirrhosis of the liver who were admitted to hospital with concurrent infection and infection after admission from September 1, 2022-September 1, 2023 were included

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于18周岁； （2）妊娠； （3）确诊或可疑恶性肿瘤； （4）存在严重肝外器官慢性疾病：心力衰竭（NYHA 分级≥3级），慢性阻塞性肺病（GOLD分级≥3级），需要肾脏替代疗法的慢性肾病； （5）既往实体器官移植； （6）人类免疫缺陷病毒感染； （7）使用糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂用于治疗除外基础肝脏疾病的其他疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under the age of 18; (2) pregnancy; (3) Confirmed or suspected malignant tumor; (4) Severe chronic diseases of extrahepatic organs: heart failure (NYHA grade ≥3), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade ≥3), chronic kidney disease requiring renal replacement therapy; (5) previous solid organ transplantation; (6) human immunodeficiency virus infection; (7) Use of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants for treatment of diseases other than underlying liver disease;
