研究目的：

1、明确替加环素相关的急性胰腺炎在多中心住院患者中的发生率； 2、分析并预测替加环素相关的急性胰腺炎的风险因子； 3、建立风险预测模型，验证其效能  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the incidence of tigecycline related acute pancreatitis in hospitalized patients in multiple centers; 2. To analyze and predict the risk factors of tigecycline related acute pancreatitis; 3. Establish a risk prediction model and verify its efficiency

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）2015年1月-2023年4月所有使用了替加环素(Tig)的出院患者 2）年龄≥18岁 3）使用Tig首剂100mg，维持剂量50mg，q12h的患者

Inclusion criteria

1) All discharged patients who received tigecycline (Tig) from January 2015 to September 2022
2) Age ≥18 years
3) Patients who received the first dose of Tig 100mg and the maintenance dose of TIG 50mg for q12h

排除标准：

1）因急性胰腺炎（AP）入院治疗
2）使用Tig前出现了AP
3）使用Tig前血淀粉酶/脂肪酶升高≥3倍
4）胰腺癌患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Hospitalized for acute pancreatitis (AP)
2) AP appeared before Tig
3) Blood amylase/lipase levels increased ≥3 times before Tig use
4) Patients with pancreatic cancer
