验证静脉栓塞系统用于治疗大隐静脉曲张的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of Venous closure system in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）性别不限，年龄18-75周岁（含18和75周岁）； （2）当前被诊断为大隐静脉曲张的患者； （3）静脉曲张CEAP（Clinical, Etiologic, Anatomic, and Pathophysiologic）分级为C2-C5； （4）同意参加本临床试验，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) No gender limitation, age 18-75 (including 18 and 75 years old); (2) Patients currently diagnosed with varicose great saphenous veins; (3) The CEAP (Clinical, Etiologic, Anatomic, and Pathophysiologic) grading of varicose veins was C2-C5; (4) Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）当前诊断为肺栓塞或存在下肢静脉血栓的患者。 （2）当前诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者。 （3）当前诊断为血栓性静脉炎的患者。 （4）拟治疗的患肢既往有下肢静脉手术史的患者。 （5）对试验器械或对照器械中任何成分过敏的患者。 （6）有先天性出血性疾病史（如血友病），或当前存在任何活动性有临床意义的出血，或当前存在明显凝血功能异常的患者（满足以下标准的其中任意一项，视为明显凝血功能异常：血小板计数≤50×109/L；凝血酶原时间超出正常参考值范围3s）。 （7）经研究者判定，拟穿刺部位存在局部急性感染的患者。 （8）当前存在菌血症、败血症、脓毒血症其中一种情况的患者。 （9）拟接受试验治疗的大隐静脉主干直径＞12mm。 （10）当前处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性。 （11）在试验期间有生育计划的患者。 （12）30天内参加过其它干预性临床试验的患者。 （13）存在精神类疾病，无法配合治疗或随访的患者。 （14）经研究者评估，大隐静脉主干拟接受试验治疗部位走形严重扭曲、血管畸形或静脉瘤样扩张，不适合参加本临床试验的患者。 （15）研究者认为不适合参加本临床试验的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients currently diagnosed with pulmonary embolism or lower limb venous thrombosis. (2) Patients currently diagnosed with malignant tumors. (3) Patients currently diagnosed with thrombophlebitis. (4) Patients with a history of lower extremity venous surgery in the affected limb to be treated. (5) Patients who are allergic to any component of the test device or control device. (6) Patients with a history of congenital hemorrhagic disease (e.g., hemophilia), or any current active clinically significant bleeding, or a current significant coagulation disorder (if one of the following criteria is met, the patient is considered to have a significant coagulation disorder: platelet count ≤50×109/L; Prothrombin time exceeded the normal reference range by 3s). (7) Patients determined by the researcher to have local acute infection at the intended puncture site. (8) Patients with one of the current conditions of bacteremia, sepsis or sepsis. (9) The diameter of the main saphenous vein to be treated was > 12mm. (10) Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. (11) Patients who planned to have children during the trial. (12) Patients who participated in other interventional clinical trials within 30 days. (13) Patients with mental diseases, unable to cooperate with treatment or follow-up. (14) As assessed by the investigators, the proposed treatment site of the great saphenous vein was severely distorted, vascular malformation or phlebiomatous dilatation, which was not suitable for the patients enrolled in this clinical trial. (15) Any other conditions that the investigator deems unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial.
