研究目的:

探究颈椎椎间融合器不同壁厚大小对下沉率和融合率的影响。分析骨质疏松患者和非骨折疏松患者亚组中不同壁厚融合器的下沉率。  

Objectives of Study:

Investigating the effect of different wall thickness sizes of cervical intervertebral cage on subsidence rate and fusion rate. Analysis of subsidence rate of cage with different wall thicknesses in subgroups of patients with osteoporosis and non-osteoporotic patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1接受ACDF的CDDD患者 2脊髓型和/或神经根型颈椎病 3 1-2节段 4 >3月保守治疗无效 5 C2-C7节段

Inclusion criteria

1Patients with CDDD receiving ACDF 2 Spinal and/or neurogenic cervical spondylosis 3 1-2 segments 4 >3 months of ineffective conservative treatment 5 C2-C7 segments

排除标准:

1 <18岁 2颈椎严重不稳、发育性狭窄或后纵韧带骨化; 3颈椎手术、外伤、代谢性疾病、感染、肿瘤等既往病历;

Exclusion criteria:

1 <18 years old 2 Severe instability, developmental stenosis or ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament in the cervical spine. 3 Prior history of cervical spine surgery, trauma, metabolic disease, infection, tumor, etc. .

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

由统计学家采用excel生成随机数字表。随机列表由数据管理者准备。按照分层区组随机化的方法将被随机分配到壁厚为1.8mm, 2.8mm,3.3mm的融合器组中。所有患者分为骨质疏松组,非无骨质疏松组2层,每层按区组随机化分到不同壁厚组。区组长度为6。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Tables of random numbers are generated by statisticians using Excel. The randomization list will be prepared by the data manager. All patients were divided into 3 groups (wall thicknesses of 1.8 mm, 2.8 mm, and 3.3 mm) by stratified block randomization. All patients will be divided into 2 strata: osteoporotic group, non-osteoporotic group, and each stratum will be were randomly divided into 3 groups based on randomized blocks designs. The length of the block group is 6.
