研究目的：

探讨团体动机晤谈治疗对酒精慢性戒断期男性患者心理渴求、社会支持和应对方式的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of group motivation therapy on craving, social support and coping style in male patients with chronic alcohol withdrawal.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加本研究；
2. 签署书面知情同意；
3. 男性住院患者，且年龄18-60岁；
4. 符合ICD-10中酒精依赖的诊断标准；
5. 躯体戒断症状基本消失。
6. 能够配合治疗；
7. 初中以上文化。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study;
2. Patients with written informed consent;
3. Male inpatients, aged 18-60 years;
4. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of alcohol dependence in ICD-10;
5. The patients whose physical withdrawal symptoms basically disappeared;
6. Patients who can cooperate with the treatment;
7. Patients with junior high school education or above.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病及精神系统疾病者；
2. 存在严重的精神病性症状者；
3. 存在除酒精依赖以外的其他物质依赖者；
4. 入选前 4 周内参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe and unstable physical and mental diseases;
2. Patients with severe psychotic symptoms;
3. Patients with substance dependence other than alcohol dependence;
4. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 4 weeks before enrollment.
