研究目的：

通过回顾性研究，应用阻力分析法建立“牙-骨-根”分类（牙冠阻力、骨阻力、牙根阻力、牙周膜间隙）预测成人下颌第三磨牙拔除难度模型，通过前瞻性研究确认该模型预测拔牙困难程度的敏感度和特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through retrospective study, the resistance analysis method was used to establish the "dentist-bone-root" classification model (crown resistance, bone resistance, root resistance, periodontal space) to predict the difficulty of extraction of adult mandibular third molars, and the sensitivity and specificity of this model to predict the difficulty of extraction were confirmed through prospective studies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

None 

纳入标准：

①18岁≤患者年龄≤60岁； ②下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除患者； ③近半年在我院拍摄全景片者； ④符合拔牙适应证。

Inclusion criteria

① Age of patients ≥ 18 years old and ≤60 years old; ② Patients with mandibular impacted third molar extraction; ③ Those who have taken panoramic films in our hospital in the past six months; ④ It meets the indications of tooth extraction.

排除标准：

①放化疗史、系统性疾病史、口腔颌面部手术史； ②重度牙周炎、根尖周炎、大面积龋坏、局部存在囊肿、肿瘤等病变的； ③邻牙阻生或缺失、大面积龋坏、重度牙周炎； ④存在张口受限或患者配合度欠佳（如咽反射敏感、患者因害怕导致操作不能持续等）； ⑤牙根发育不完全； ⑥过度肥胖患者：BMI指数＞32； ⑦存在拔牙禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of chemoradiotherapy, systemic disease, oral and maxillofacial surgery; ② Severe periodontitis, periapical periodontitis, extensive caries, local cysts, tumors and other lesions; ③ Impacted or absent adjacent teeth, extensive caries, severe periodontitis; ④ Limited mouth opening or poor coordination of patients (such as sensitive pharyngeal reflex, patients because of fear of operation can not be sustained, etc.); ⑤ Incomplete root development; ⑥ Obese patients: BMI > 32; ⑦ There are contraindications of tooth extraction.
