研究目的：

本研究涉及动物、细胞、临床三方面。其中临床部分的研究目的为： 1、观察冠心病患者血浆IAA水平的变化。 2、分析冠心病患者PBMC中单核细胞黏附趋化因子与血浆IAA水平的相关性。 3、分析IAA水平与动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study involves animal, cellular, and clinical components. Among them, the research objectives of the clinical part are: 1. Observe the changes of plasma IAA levels in patients with coronary heart disease. 2. Observe the changes of monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis indexes in PBMC of patients with coronary heart disease, and its correlation with plasma IAA level. 3. To analyze the correlation between plasma IAA levels and the degree of atherosclerosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、冠心病组：年龄在40-70岁之间，经冠脉CT或冠脉造影提示冠脉狭窄大于50%者。 2、对照组：经病史、心电图、冠脉CT或冠脉造影排除冠心病者。性别、年龄、心血管危险因素与冠心病组相匹配。

Inclusion criteria

1.Coronary artery disease(CHD) group: those who are between 40 and 70 years of age and had coronary stenosis greater than 50% as suggested by coronary CT or coronary angiography. 2.Control group: those who excluded coronary artery disease by history, electrocardiogram, coronary CT or coronary angiography. Sex, age, and cardiovascular risk factors were matched to the CHD group.

排除标准：

传染性疾病、遗传性疾病、自身免疫介导的代谢性疾病；消化系统疾病（炎症性肠病、急/慢性腹泻、慢性便秘）；严重的心肝肾功能不全；慢性呼吸道疾病（COPD、哮喘等）;过去1个月内有超过3天服用抗生素、益生元或益生菌以及质子泵抑制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

Infectious diseases, hereditary diseases, autoimmune-mediated metabolic diseases; digestive diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, acute/chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation); severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency; chronic respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma, etc.); taking antibiotics, prebiotics or probiotics, and proton-pump inhibitors for more than 3 days in the past 1 month.
