研究目的：

通过量表研制的规范流程,为成人舒适化口腔治疗中的镇静镇痛相关临床问题建立科学的评价体系。具体内容包括: (1)镇静需求评价:帮助医生结合患者心理和生理情况在实施治疗前评估患者口腔治疗所需要的镇静镇痛措施。 (2)镇静程度评价:不同镇静镇痛下口腔治疗种患者的镇静深度、清醒和睡眠状态的评估。 (3)镇静效果评价:患者接受镇静治疗后主观和客观的疼痛感受以及对张口指令的反应和呛咳反应等。 (4)镇静安全评价:患者治疗中和治疗后各项生理指标水平和生命体征和不良反应的发生情况。 并在完成量表编制后均对量表进行:信度检验;效度检验;与临床指标的相关度验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a scientific evaluation system for sedative and analgesic related clinical issues in adult comfort oral therapy through the standardized process of scale development. The specific content includes: (1) Sedation Needs Evaluation: Assist doctors in evaluating the sedative and analgesic measures required for oral treatment before implementing treatment based on the patient's psychological and physiological conditions. (2) Evaluation of sedation level: Evaluation of sedation depth, wakefulness, and sleep status of patients undergoing oral therapy under different sedation and analgesia conditions. (3) Sedative effect evaluation: Subjective and objective pain sensation, as well as response to mouth opening commands and coughing reactions of patients after receiving sedative treatment. (4) Sedation safety evaluation: The level of various physiological indicators, vital signs, and occurrence of adverse reactions in patients during and after treatment. After completing the scale preparation, reliability testing was conducted on the scale; Validity test; Verification of correlation with clinical indicators.

纳入标准：

(1)18-80岁 (2)患有口腔疾病且愿意接受镇静镇痛下口腔治疗 (3)能够理解问卷内容并独立完成问卷 (4)愿意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18-80 years old (2) Suffering from oral diseases and willing to receive oral treatment under sedation and analgesia (3) Able to understand the questionnaire content and independently complete the questionnaire (4) Willing to sign informed consent form

排除标准：

(1)有神经及精神性疾病 (2)存在口腔治疗的绝对禁忌症,如半年内曾有心梗发作等

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having neurological and psychiatric disorders (2) There are absolute Contraindication for oral treatment, such as myocardial infarction within six months
