研究目的：

观察血流导向装置治疗颅内段椎动脉夹层是否优于传统支架，并观察血流导向装置治疗前后血流动力学变化  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether the blood flow guide device is better than the traditional stent in the treatment of intracranial vertebral artery dissection, and to observe the hemodynamic changes before and after the treatment of blood flow guide device.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具有SAH的颅内高压症状或无症状患者； 2.经过脑血管CTA或MRA初步诊断，DSA造影确诊为IVADA； 3.IVADA累及椎动脉颅内段（V4 段）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with symptoms or no symptoms of intracranial hypertension with SAH; 2. After preliminary diagnosis of cerebrovascular CTA or MRA, DSA angiography confirmed IVADA; 3.IVADA involves intracranial segment of vertebral artery (V4 segment).

排除标准：

1.外伤或其他脑血管病导致的SAH 患者； 2.IVADA累及颅外椎动脉； 3.椎-基底动脉迂曲延长扩张症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with SAH caused by trauma or other cerebrovascular diseases; 2.IVADA involves extracranial vertebral artery; 3. Vertebrobasilar artery tortuosity prolonged dilatation.
