研究目的：

明确小儿亲体肝移植术后早期发生AKI的危险因素以及小儿亲体肝移植病死率与AKI分级相关性，优化围手术期的管理，改善肝移植患儿预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the risk factors of early AKI after pediatric parent liver transplantation and the correlation between the mortality rate of pediatric parent liver transplantation and the grade of AKI, optimize the perioperative management and improve the prognosis of pediatric liver transplantation.

纳入标准：

2008.01至2020.11在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院肝胆外科0-7岁实施亲属活体肝移植患儿

Inclusion criteria

January, 2008 to November, 2020.children aged 0-7 years who received kin living donor liver transplantation in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University

排除标准：

术前合并肾功能异常、术前合并泌尿系统疾病、术前使用肾脏毒性药物

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative combined with abnormal renal function, preoperative combined with urinary system disease, preoperative use of nephrotoxic drugs
